Seeing January through with all the energy bars needed!đ©
Chocolate and Pistachio bars. These are a nice wee light snack. If you use dairy free butter & GF oats these can be dairy, egg & gluten free đđ»
You could add in some dried cranberries, goji berries or any other dried fruit.
At 226 cals each Iâd say if youâre craving a snickers just have the snickers but if youâre looking a nice wee pre/post training carb snack on the go or a lunchbox filler then these are perfect.
Great for little hands as well except probs donât send them into school with the nuts in them đ
