Nutella Sandwich Squares - No Bake Treats!

Ingredients 1 packets of digestive biscuits 1 tin of condensed milk 1 bar of m&m peanut chocolate (or a share bag of peanut m&m) 1/2 jar of Nutella How do we make them?

  1. Line and grease an 8x8 cake tin

  2. Blitz the digestive in a food processor or bash with a rolling pin until they’re like fine crumbs. Add to a large bowl.

  3. Chop the m&m bar and add to the digestives

  4. Pour in condensed milk and mix well until everything is combined

  5. Use 1/2 biscuit mixture and place it into your tin. Using the back of a large metal spoon or your hand, press the biscuits down well to cover the base

  6. Add a few tablespoons of Nutella on top of the biscuit and spread out with an off set spatula or the back of a spoon

  7. Take the remaining biscuit mixture and spread on top of the Nutella repeating step 5.

  8. For the top, gently heat a few tablespoons of Nutella in a small saucepan and pour on top of the biscuit. I used a miniature spatula to created a nice design on top but this isn’t necessary

  9. Place into the fridge for a few hours, or overnight to set

  10. Remove from the fridge and cut into squares.

It’s best to allow it to come to room temperature before eating 😊 Next time I think I’ll substitute the m&m for malteasers instead or maybe, Ferrero Rocher!
