Pimp your chocolate biscuit cake how you say?? Why, by adding Reece’s mini peanut butter cups! Oh helllooo 🙌🏻

Yes! That’s chocolate, Maltesers and Reece’s peanut butter cups?! C’monnnnnnn. If that’s not a winning traybake I don’t know what is! Use decent chocolate for this. You’ll taste the difference 😉

Grab:

300g milk chocolate

75g butter

150g digestive biscuits

120g rich tea

1 tin of condensed milk

100g peanut butter

160g mini Reece’s peanut butter cups

160g maltesers

For the top:

80g mini Reece’s peanut butter cups

80g maltesers

150g milk chocolate

50g peanut butter

How now?

1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a large bowl over a pan of simmering water

2. Place the biscuits into a separate bowl and roughly crush them

3. Add the Reece’s cups & maltesers

4. Once the chocolate and butter have melted take them off the heat and add in the condensed milk

5. Stir until just combined

6. Add the wet to dry ingredient and mix until combined

7. Place the mixture into a lined 8x8 tin and press well down into the tin with back of a spoon

8. Refrigerate for 2 hours until set

9. Melt the chocolate in a bowl in the microwave. In another, melt the peanut butter. Take the chocolate biscuit cake from the fridge and pour the chocolate on top, add the peanut butter. Swirl through. Top with the maltesers and Reece’s mini cups
